貨物或服務的說明：銅陵市人民醫院擬采購電子胃腸鏡4條，其中胃鏡2條，腸鏡2條，配置要求包含1條檢查胃鏡、1條治療胃鏡、1條檢查腸鏡、1條治療腸鏡。須匹配我院在用奧林巴斯290主機使用的胃鏡和腸鏡，滿足患者胃腸道檢查和治療。主要用于普通及特殊胃腸鏡的早癌精篩查、炎癥篩查、EMR、ESD、IBD等多種檢查和治療需滿足的要求。
采用單一來源采購方式的原因及說明：銅陵市人民醫院內鏡中心為了更好開展消化道早癌篩查和電子胃腸鏡常規檢查和治療，醫院原先購置的電子胃腸鏡數量已無法滿足臨床需求，需添購4條奧林巴斯電子胃腸鏡用于消化道檢查和治療。因此次申購的4條奧林巴斯290系列電子胃腸鏡需配套我院內鏡中心在用奧林巴斯CV-290系列電子胃腸鏡主機系統使用，其他產品無法與該主機兼容。為保證我院內鏡中心消化道診療工作的正常開展和安全使用，電子胃腸鏡只能從奧林巴斯指定代理商處采購，其他渠道無法獲得
