3.本項目的特定資格要求：

合同包1(2025年長壽山景區維修、美化項目)特定資格要求如下:

(1)具備建設行政主管部門核發的有效的建筑工程施工總承包三級(含三級)及以上資質，具備有效的安全生產考核證書。

(2)供應商擬派項目經理須具備建筑工程專業二級（含二級）及其以上建造師注冊執業資格證書，并具備有效的相關安全生產考核合格證書，證企相符且未擔任其他在建工程項目經理。證企相符并提供近3個月（2025年6月至2025年8月）本企業為其連續繳納基本養老保險證明材料；提供未擔任其他在建工程項目經理的承諾（承諾函格式自擬，須法定代表人或授權委托人簽字并加蓋公章）。國家規定的6類人員除外。

(3)技術負責人1人;施工員(工長)1人;質量員(質檢員)1人;安全員1人;(技術負責人須具備建筑工程相關專業中級及以上職稱證書，施工員、質重員均須具備建筑工程相關專業崗位證書，安全員須具備有效的安全生產考核合格C證)。以上人員須證企相符并提供近3個月（2025年6月至2025年8月）本企業為其連續繳納基本養老保險證明材料。
