中國（福建）對外貿易中心集團有限責任公司為福建省省管國有大型外貿企業，前身為福建省外貿局、福建省外貿總公司、外經貿部（現商務部）直屬企業，已有70年的歷史。集團注冊資本11.6億元，資產總額95億元，營收超過155億元，位列中國服務業500強和福建企業百強、服務業百強企業。集團從事商品進出口貿易、現代農業、健康養老、城市綜合服務、酒店、國內外商展等業務，現有權屬各級公司45戶，員工1000多人。

Incorporated in Junuary of 2009 after merged with Fujian Tiancheng Holdings Corp., Ltd.,China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings) CO., LTD.,formerly known respectively as Fujian Foreign Trade Bureau, Fujian Foreign Trade General Company, and China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings), is a large provincial solely state-owned foreign trade group with 35 domestic subsidiaries, 4 overseas branches in Hongkong, Japan, Holland, Nigeria, over 5000 staff members and a registered capital of 1.16 bilpon RMB. In addition, the Group owns one psted company and holdshares another, reaching total assets of 5 bilpon RMB, and net assets of 2.5 bilpon RMB.
