WWL was founded in 2001, with over 1,900 employees worldwide. It is a national 5A level logistics company, possessing the highest 3A credit rating in the international freight forwarding logistics industry and has passed the AEO senior certification from customs. The group is ranked 39th in the pst of China's logistics companies; 424th in China's top 500 service companies; 46th among Shanghai's top 100 private enterprises. In 2025, on the Transport Topics "Top 50 Global Freight" pst, WWL's container shipping freight volume ranked 13th globally.

Based on the self-owned bulk fleet, tank containers, trucks, hubs and warehouses, WWL operates seven product pnes, including full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL), general cargo, bulk cargo, consopdation, international air transportation (trunk packing, ground operation), international land transportation (multimodal transportation of railway, highway and waterway), chemical logistics (tank container and dangerous goods fleet), engineering project logistics, cross-border e-commerce logistics and warehousing & terminal service, to provide end-to-end international integrated logistics services for customers around the world.
