開封儀表有限公司前身是開封儀表廠，始建于1958年，原機械工業(yè)部直屬重點企業(yè), 是國內(nèi)大型的流量儀表生產(chǎn)與測試基地。國家水大流量計量站、機械工業(yè)第十三計量測試中心站、機械工業(yè)流量儀表產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測中心均位于我公司。 其中，國家水大流量計量站是由國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗檢疫總局授權(quán)建立的國家級法定計量檢定機構(gòu)，承擔全國范圍內(nèi)大口徑流量計檢定工作。另外，我公司建有目前國內(nèi)較完善的流量標準裝置，有大、中、小型水流量、氣體流量、油流量等實流標準裝置和型式試驗設(shè)備，是我國介質(zhì)較全、流量范圍較大的流量儀表生產(chǎn)試驗基地。

Designed and manufactured by our company are turbines, vortex streets, precession vortexes, waist wheels, double rotors, scrapers, steam, orifice plates, venturi and other flowmeters, intelpgent flow indicators and flow standard devices. Kaifeng Instrument Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in Henan Province and a key cultivation equipment manufacturing enterprise in Henan Province.
