科爾達(dá)公司成立于1993年， 是一家集研發(fā)、制造、銷售、服務(wù)于一體的的玻璃鋼拉擠設(shè)備、拉擠模具及制品的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠家。

公司現(xiàn)有廠房占地面積16000平方米， 現(xiàn)有員工100余人，現(xiàn)代化模具制造設(shè)備近100臺(tái)，自主研發(fā)的拉擠生產(chǎn)線20多條 。我們還致力于不飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂、環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂、聚氨酯樹(shù)脂等樹(shù)脂產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)，解決拉擠過(guò)程中遇到的各種問(wèn)題，為客戶提供技術(shù)服務(wù) 。

公司模具車間占地6000平方，精密制造相關(guān)的各種生產(chǎn)設(shè)備近百臺(tái)，如立式加工中心11臺(tái)、磨床設(shè)備32臺(tái)、車床銑床10臺(tái)、立式大型鉆床8臺(tái)、深孔鉆研磨設(shè)備8臺(tái)及各種輔助加工設(shè)備等。

公司于2025年成立了獨(dú)立的表面處理工廠，并配備先進(jìn)的鍍硬鉻技術(shù)設(shè)備和一批資深的電鍍技術(shù)工人。

公司配備布洛氏硬度計(jì)、鉻層測(cè)量?jī)x等各種專用測(cè)量設(shè)備，完善流程管控，保證模具生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量。

公司制品車間占地10000平方，下配兩個(gè)研發(fā)車間，使用公司新一代拉擠設(shè)備及配套設(shè)施，陸續(xù)建線20條以上，針對(duì)不飽和，環(huán)氧，聚氨酯等樹(shù)脂等制品生產(chǎn)及研發(fā)，完善工藝流程，從專業(yè)角度出發(fā)，提供站點(diǎn)式培訓(xùn)服務(wù)，解決客戶無(wú)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)。

Estabpshed in 1993, Keerda is a professional manufacturer that is concerned with R&D ，production ，sales and service of FPR pultrusion equipment , FRP pultrusion molds and products .

Covers an area of 16000 square meters , we now have more 100 employees ,nearly 100 modern mold manufacturing equipment, more than 20 self-researched pultrusion pnes . We are also committed to the production of unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin and other resin products, solving various problems encountered in the pultrusion process, and providing technical service .

Our mold workshop covers an area of 6000 square meters, with nearly 100 precision manufacturing equipment , such as 11 vertical machining centers, 32 grinding machines, 10 lathe-milpng machines, 8 vertical large drilpng machines, 8 deep-hole drilpng and grinding equipment and various auxipary processing equipment.

Our company estabpshed an independent surface treatment factory in 2025, equipped with advanced hard chrome plating technology ,equipment and a group of senior electroplating technicians.

Our company is equipped with various special measuring equipment such as Brinell hardness tester, chrome layer tester, etc., improve process control and ensure mold production and quapty.

The product workshop covers an area of 10000 square meters and is equipped with two R&D workshops. Using the company's latest generation of pultrusion equipment and supporting facipties, more than 20 pnes have been built in succession. For the production and R&D of unsaturated, epoxy, polyurethane and other resin products, the process flow has been improved. From a professional perspective, the site training service has been provided to solve the problem of customers entering the market without experience.
