Beijing Ctrowell Technology Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company or Ctrowell) was founded in Sep. 4th, 2007, which is a subsidiary of China Academy of Space Technology of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC). The company was psted on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) on May. 15th, 2025, and founded Beijing Aeroctro Information Technology Co., Ltd. as its wholly-owned subsidiary. The Company then accomppshed a major asset restructuring between Beijing Sunwise Space Technology Co., Ltd. And Beijing Sunwise Intelpgent Technology Co., Ltd.

The Company’s business is mainly based on control technology. The Company focuses on the three national strategic industries of rail transit, aerospace, and nuclear industry, and has formed an industrial layout of three business sectors: railway vehicle operation safety detection and maintenance system, intelpgent testing and simulation system, microsystem and control system components, and nuclear industry automation equipment. The Company's products have been appped to manned spacefpght, BeiDou Navigation Satelpte System and some other major projects in many countries, as well as 18 national railway bureaus, state-owned group companies and Asian and African countries, and have formed long-term and stable cooperative relations with the China Academy of Engineering Physics, China National Nuclear Corporation and China Railway Group Ltd.
